Yoga Hike with Suzy and Jean
Ages 12 and older. A guided mindful hike incorporates forest bathing, yoga, meditation and mindful breathing. One-mile hike on the Appalachian Trail, and enjoy yoga at the summit! Invite present moment awareness, reduce stress and gain inspiration. Portions of the hike are strenuous. Dress in layers
for hiking in variable weather. Wear sturdy boots, hiking poles advised.
Bring water and a snack.
Duration 3 hours. Beginners welcome! Space is limited.
