Yes! The Suffragists had Swag! With Nancy Kennedy Speaker: Nancy Kennedy

Nancy will present items of suffragist ephemera, focusing on the events, historical figures, & movement highlights directly before the passing of the 19th amendment. Children will submit “ballots” for prizes and engage in other activities during and after the presentation.

Nancy Kennedy is the Norton published author of “19 for the 19th Amendment: Women Win the Vote!” Born in Rochester, New York, the home of suffragist Susan B. Anthony and an epicenter of reform activity, Nancy brings her personal background into her work.

This event will be held at the Adams Free Library @ 92 Park Street, Adams, MA 01220
