School Vacation Week: The Twilight Zone Marathon

School Vacation Week: The Twilight Zone Marathon Auditorium

School’s out, monsters are in! Head to the Clark for all forms of fun connected to the exhibition, Shadow Visionaries: French Artists Against the Current, 1840–70. Many of the artists featured in this exhibition used fantastical prints and photographs to critique the world around them. Celebrate this tradition with a marathon of Rod Serling’s television show, The Twilight Zone, which used the paranormal to make powerful social commentary. From 1–4 pm, drop in to catch any or all of the seven episodes, including the iconic “To Serve Man” and “The Monsters Are Due on Maple Street," screening in the Manton Research Center auditorium (run time: 25 minutes each). While you’re here, don’t forget to step out of the shadows and into Shadow Visionaries.
