Mondays in July and August, 10:30 am
In this weekly gallery experience, visitors are invited to look as a way to engage with works of art from the Clark’s collection. With a contemplative tone that encourages investigation and audience participation, the session focuses on exploring a single artwork. Working together with a museum educator, visitors examine the work’s meaning, find understanding, and raise questions on topics drawn from the broad spectrum of human imagination and experience. Distinct from a conventional academic gallery talk, Reflections provides an opportunity for close looking and introspection by focusing attention on a single artwork over an extended period of time.
Free with gallery admission. Space is limited; reservations are required. Meet in the Museum Pavilion.
