Print Room Pop-Up: Lost at Sea (Tristan und Isolde)
This works on paper pop-up is presented in conjunction with The Met: Live in HD screening of Richard Wagner’s Tristan und Isolde. The entire first act of the opera takes place during a sea voyage to Cornwall. To help you find your sea legs before the show begins, visit the Manton Study Center for Works on Paper to view a selection of prints, drawings, and photographs depicting ships, the sea, and other maritime subjects.
