Open Hearth Cooking Demonstration: It's Time for Dinner

Visit with our open-hearth cooks as they prepare dishes inspired by the faux food exhibits at the Williams House and the Sheldon House. The cooks will use period recipes to prepare dishes like pork and beans, forced cabbage, or carrot pudding.
