Open Hearth Cooking Demonstration: Cooking with Heirloom Apples

We will be cooking and baking with heirloom apples, like Baldwin and Northern Spy, which are grown in Deerfield at Clarkdale Fruit Farm. Learn about the different varieties of apples and which ones were used for baking, cooking, and making cider.
