Mountain Mindfulness: Winter Wonder Walk Meet at the Visitor Center
On this peaceful WINTER WONDER WALK, you will be guided on a slow intentional journey to de-stress while connecting with nature. A mindful outdoor experience incorporates elements of forest bathing, mindful breathing, nature connection, and meditation skills culminating in a group session for sharing and reflection. Leave with inspiration and skills for accessing the healing benefits of nature back home!

Please dress in layers for outdoor hiking in all trail conditions. Trails may be snow covered, muddy, or icy. Wear sturdy boots. A walking stick or traction devices may also be recommended. Bring water, bug spray and a snack. Program duration 2 hours.

This program is FREE and open to all ages. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Meet at the Visitor Center. All levels are welcome. No previous experience is necessary.

Meet your guide: Vicki Zacharewicz moved to the Berkshires in 2021 and is immersed in the natural beauty of this sacred place. She is a certified Kripalu Mindful Outdoor Guide and enjoys leading others to deep connection with the earth using the tools of forest bathing, breath work, present moment awareness and gentle movement across the land.
