Mount Greylock Go Around

This is a 30 mile mountain bike ride that circumnavigates Mount Greylock, starting from the Greylock Glen in Adams. There are 3 aid stations along the course and a super fun post gathering that includes delicious food, beverages and a raffle. This event is a fundraiser for the Thunderbolt Ski Runners to help maintain and grow mountain bike and ski trails around the base of Mount Greylock.

Saturday October 3rd, 2026

$75 for non-members, $50 for members

Start and Finish at Greylock Glen Gazebo

7:30am-8:30am sign in

Start time: 9:00am

Mountain Bike required

Riders must wear a properly fitted helmet

Basic toolkit (multitool, tube, pump, CO2) encouraged

150 registration cap

3 Aid Stations on course with food and hydration and limited tech support

Course GPX file will be available the week prior to the event.  Rough course breakdown:  31 miles/50K, 4,100 feet of climbing.  20% Paved, 50% forest road/double track and 30% single track.  A MOUNTAIN BIKE IS REQUIRED!

Proceeds of the event benefit ongoing trail development and stewardship around Mt. Greylock, including active trail building grants.
