Hearth Cooking Workshop Desserts and Hot Chocolate Please join us this winter to prepare and eat savory and sweet dishes under the guidance of our experienced open-hearth cooks. The hearth cooks will teach you a variety of techniques, providing a hands-on experience you will never forget in the kitchen of the 1786 Hall Tavern. You will participate in the process and assist the hearth cooks in preparing the dishes for the workshop.

The registration for each class is $75 per person ($70 for members). Registration will be refunded if cancellation is made by 12 p.m. on the Thursday preceding the workshop.
