First Sunday Free: Art & Wellness
Engaging with art can increase our sense of wellbeing and even be an act of self-care. In connection with Mental Health Awareness Month, the May art and wellness are the focus at the Clark. Whether you are in the galleries or out on the trails, there are many ways to access the benefits of engaging with art, such as slow looking and mindfulness practices. From 11 am–5 pm, join us in a variety of activities exploring the therapeutic dimensions of art, including all-ages yoga in the galleries, a guided, mindful walk on our campus, and more! Join us for art-making and other activities related to encouraging a stronger sense of self-care and wellbeing.
Free admission all day. Select activities require registration. Capacity is limited; participants may sign up on a first-come, first-served basis on the day of the event.
Family programs are generously supported by Allen & Company.
