Drawing Closer: Picturing the Pastoral

Drawing Closer: Picturing the Pastoral Manton Study Center for Works on Paper

The Manton Study Center for Works on Paper welcomes artists of all experience and skill levels to find inspiration in thematic selections from the Clark’s collection of works on paper. This June, the selected works complement the Pastoral on Paper exhibition, celebrating rolling pastures, open skies, and meandering flocks of sheep. Enjoy an open session to participate in the tradition of copying earlier artworks or choose to practice fundamentals and explore ideas.
Basic materials are provided. Artists bringing their own supplies should note that only graphite pencils are allowed in the Study Center.
Free. Advance registration required.

Registration opens one month prior to event date. Capacity is limited.
