Take a guided evening walk to the heart of Pleasant Valley’s beaver colony, right when they’re at their most active time in the fall, stockpiling food and maintaining their ponds in a race against winter. On this walk you'll head to the areas of the sanctuary with the highest beaver activity (and maybe see a beaver) and learn the remarkable history of the beaver's reintroduction at Pleasant Valley and its conservation in Massachusetts.
