The Berry Pickers is a heartfelt family drama that follows an Indigenous family (Mi'kmaq family in 1962) from Nova Scotia to Maine with their five children, including six-year old Joe and Fou-year old Ruthie for seasonal work picking berries. Their lives are upended when their young daughter Ruthie disappears from her Favorite rock her brother, Joe, the last one to see her, is devastated.
