Orange Farmers' Market

Time: (3:00pm - 6:00pm)

Whether your visiting from the city or suburbs or a local resident, a farmers' market is not too far from you. From now until late fall, you can find local growers set up with their canopies and colorful displays of just-harvested fruits and vegetables in town squares, parks. At many farmers' markets you will also find an array of other farm products, including baked goods, jams and jellies, maple products, honey, farmstead cheeses, flowers, turkey products and eggs and some with other crafters. 10th Annual Party in the Park

Party in the Park is an annual summer concert series for the whole family that is free and open the public. The shows run every Thursday night July & August  starting at 6:00pm and ending at 8:00pm at the Noel Field behind the Steeplecats baseball diamond. With ample seating and plenty of food vendors, this is a great opportunity to unwind at the end of the day with some rock n’ roll and good company. This free concert series every Thursday from 6-8pm in July and August is organized by WUPE FM and WNAW!

Shelburne Falls Farmers' Market

Time: (2:00pm - 6:00pm)

Drop by for some fresh, local vegetables from our wonderful growers. Purchase fresh, home-made bread and other treats. Pick up your local, pasture raised eggs and meat.  Find hand-spun wools and other hand-made gifts.Every week we will have musicians playing on the green, you are invited to come dance, play, eat or just relax and enjoy your Friday evening with us.

From outdoor installations to our ongoing sustainability initiative, discover the hidden stories behind the natural beauty of our grounds. You can expect a few surprises along the way!


This activity, appropriate for all ages, is moderate in activity level. Proper footwear is encouraged. Severe weather cancels this event.
Registration is not required, but space is limited to twenty people on a first-come, first-served basis.
Meet at the Orientation Center, located outside the Clark Center entrance.

Take a moment each week to reflect and refocus with tai chi on the Fernández Terrace. This free weekly class with certified instructors from Berkshire Tai Chi is well-suited for both experienced practitioners and newcomers. Explore strengthening poses and find a greater state of mindfulness while surrounded by the beauty of nature and modern architecture on the Clark's Fernández Terrace. Open Hours: Works on Paper at the Clark

During special summer open hours, explore the Clark’s permanent collection of prints, drawings, and photographs housed in the Manton Study Center for Works on Paper. Each Tuesday, a changing display related to the next day’s Works on Paper Highlights Talk will be on view. Enjoy a close look at these hidden treasures of the collection in company with Clark staff members and get better acquainted with this extraordinary resource. The program is free and open to the public.

 The Manton Study Center for Works on Paper is located next to the exhibition Ida O’Keeffe: Escaping Georgia’s Shadow, in the Manton Research Center.

During special summer open hours, explore the Clark’s permanent collection of prints, drawings, and photographs housed in the Manton Study Center for Works on Paper. Each Tuesday, a changing display related to the next day’s Works on Paper Highlights Talk will be on view. Enjoy a close look at these hidden treasures of the collection in company with Clark staff members and get better acquainted with this extraordinary resource. The program is free and open to the public.

 The Manton Study Center for Works on Paper is located next to the exhibition Ida O’Keeffe: Escaping Georgia’s Shadow, in the Manton Research Center.

There is more to the Clark's 140-acre campus than meets the eye. This one-hour guided walking tour explores our picturesque landscape, highlighting features that are unknown to many visitors. From outdoor installations to our ongoing sustainability initiative, discover the hidden stories behind the natural beauty of our grounds. You can expect a few surprises along the way!


This activity, appropriate for all ages, is moderate in activity level. Proper footwear is encouraged. Severe weather cancels this event.
Registration is not required, but space is limited to twenty people on a first-come, first-served basis.
Meet at the Orientation Center, located outside the Clark Center entrance.

10th Annual Party in the Park

Party in the Park is an annual summer concert series for the whole family that is free and open the public. The shows run every Thursday night July & August  starting at 6:00pm and ending at 8:00pm at the Noel Field behind the Steeplecats baseball diamond. With ample seating and plenty of food vendors, this is a great opportunity to unwind at the end of the day with some rock n’ roll and good company. North Adams Farmers' Market

The city of North Adams Farmers Market happens for 20 weeks from early June through late October. The market is dedicated to providing the community with fresh, locally produced foods and supporting area farms and food producers. The market is a producer-only market offering a variety of fruits, vegetables and more for those looking for delicious and healthy eating alternatives. Patrons of the market can find fresh fruits and vegetables, greens, canned goods, baked goods, eggs, flowers, meat, skincare and artisan crafts. The market proudly accepts SNAP

Live acoustic music is featured at the market from 10 a.m. to noon.

From now until late fall, you can find local growers set up with their canopies and colorful displays of just-harvested fruits and vegetables in town squares, parks. At many farmers' markets you will also find an array of other farm products, including baked goods, jams and jellies, maple products, honey, farmstead cheeses, flowers, turkey products and eggs and some with other crafters.The festive atmosphere and fresh food will certainly please all your senses. From outdoor installations to our ongoing sustainability initiative, discover the hidden stories behind the natural beauty of our grounds. You can expect a few surprises along the way!


This activity, appropriate for all ages, is moderate in activity level. Proper footwear is encouraged. Severe weather cancels this event.
Registration is not required, but space is limited to twenty people on a first-come, first-served basis.
Meet at the Orientation Center, located outside the Clark Center entrance.

Community Tai Chi

Mondays in July and August, 9–10 am

Take a moment each week to reflect and refocus with tai chi on the Fernández Terrace. This free weekly class with certified instructors from Berkshire Tai Chi is well-suited for both experienced practitioners and newcomers. Explore strengthening poses and find a greater state of mindfulness while surrounded by the beauty of nature and modern architecture on the Clark's Fernández Terrace. Comfortable clothing and footwear encouraged.

Continue the morning in the galleries during Reflections, a weekly gallery experience that invites visitors to look within and approach the familiar from a new perspective. Free with gallery admission.
